  1. We currently offer shipping to customers located within Australia. If your location is not within our shipping destinations, we apologize for any inconvenience caused, and we are unable to fulfil your order at this time.

  1. Once your order is successfully placed and payment is verified, we will make every effort to process and ship your order within 2 business days. Please note that business days exclude weekends and public holidays. Order processing time may vary during peak seasons and promotional periods.

If the customer requests a refund instead of a reshipment, the original shipping charges are non-refundable.
